What is the typical duration of the Residential Inpatient Treatment program?

The program is 35 days, with the option to transition‬‭ into our long-term 90-day program, which‬ includes supportive housing and step-down outpatient care (PHP/IOP).

What amenities and facilities are included in the Residential Inpatient program?  

Clients enjoy comfortable living spaces with private‬‭ bathrooms, nutritious meals approved by a‬ dietician, and access to private therapy offices and small group rooms.

Can I transition between the Detox, Residential Inpatient, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Aftercare programs?

Yes. Clients often begin with medical detoxification if needed, followed by Residential Inpatient treatment (RTC), then step down into our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) before moving into Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Aftercare. Each transition is guided by your clinical team to match your progress and needs, ensuring a smooth continuum of care and consistent support throughout recovery.

How does The Well ensure privacy and discretion for clients?

‬‭The Well maintains strict confidentiality standards, including secure entry protocols, code-locked‬ access with visitor check-ins, and a tall privacy fence around the facility. Private therapy offices‬ and HIPAA-compliant practices further protect client information, ensuring every individual can‬ focus on recovery in a safe and discreet environment.

What payment options are available, and do you accept my insurance?

We accept payment in full, flexible payment plans, and many insurance plans with‬ out-of-network benefits. Our admissions team will verify your insurance coverage, explain what‬ is included, and help you explore the best payment option for your situation.

Who leads the treatment programs, and what are their qualifications?

Care is led by a multidisciplinary team that includes our Medical Director (physician), licensed‬ counselors (LCDC), and experienced nursing staff. Counselors are trained in co-occurring‬ disorders and evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, Motivational Interviewing, relapse‬ prevention, trauma-informed care) and complete ongoing continuing education. The team‬ collaborates to tailor each client’s plan and ensure safe, effective, and compassionate‬ treatment.‬

Can family members or loved ones be involved in the treatment process?

Yes. Family involvement is encouraged. We offer Sunday family visitation after an initial 10-day‬ blackout and, after the first two weeks, incorporate family counseling to strengthen‬ communication and support recovery. When appropriate, we can include family education and‬ arrange virtual participation for loved ones who can’t attend in person.‬

Yes. The Well’s residential facility is located in Webster, Texas. Tours are available and can be‬ scheduled through our admissions team, giving you the opportunity to see the campus and ask‬ questions before beginning treatment.

Our PHP provides intensive day treatment, typically 5-7 days per week, with full clinical programming including therapy, medical support, and holistic activities. It serves as an effective step-down from residential inpatient or detox, offering structure while allowing clients to return home or to supportive housing in the evenings.
