Plans are regularly reviewed and adjusted so each client receives the right level of support at every stage of recovery.
The program is 35 days, with the option to transition into our long-term 90-day program, which includes supportive housing and step-down outpatient care (PHP/IOP).
Clients enjoy comfortable living spaces with private bathrooms, nutritious meals approved by a dietician, and access to private therapy offices and small group rooms.
Amenities include:
• Outdoor pickleball and basketball courts

Yes. Clients often begin with medical detoxification if needed, followed by Residential Inpatient treatment (RTC), then step down into our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) before moving into Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Aftercare. Each transition is guided by your clinical team to match your progress and needs, ensuring a smooth continuum of care and consistent support throughout recovery.
The Well maintains strict confidentiality standards, including secure entry protocols, code-locked access with visitor check-ins, and a tall privacy fence around the facility. Private therapy offices and HIPAA-compliant practices further protect client information, ensuring every individual can focus on recovery in a safe and discreet environment.
We accept payment in full, flexible payment plans, and many insurance plans with out-of-network benefits. Our admissions team will verify your insurance coverage, explain what is included, and help you explore the best payment option for your situation.
Care is led by a multidisciplinary team that includes our Medical Director (physician), licensed counselors (LCDC), and experienced nursing staff. Counselors are trained in co-occurring disorders and evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, Motivational Interviewing, relapse prevention, trauma-informed care) and complete ongoing continuing education. The team collaborates to tailor each client’s plan and ensure safe, effective, and compassionate treatment.
Yes. Family involvement is encouraged. We offer Sunday family visitation after an initial 10-day blackout and, after the first two weeks, incorporate family counseling to strengthen communication and support recovery. When appropriate, we can include family education and arrange virtual participation for loved ones who can’t attend in person.
Getting started is simple. Contact our admissions team for a quick and confidential screening. We’ll verify your insurance or discuss private pay options, then schedule your admission so you can begin treatment right away.
Relapse prevention is built into every stage of care at The Well. During treatment, clients participate in dedicated relapse prevention groups, trigger assessments, and coping skills training. After treatment, continued support is provided through Aftercare, community resources, and alumni connections to help clients stay accountable and maintain long-term recovery.
Yes. The Well’s residential facility is located in Webster, Texas. Tours are available and can be scheduled through our admissions team, giving you the opportunity to see the campus and ask questions before beginning treatment.
Our PHP provides intensive day treatment, typically 5-7 days per week, with full clinical programming including therapy, medical support, and holistic activities. It serves as an effective step-down from residential inpatient or detox, offering structure while allowing clients to return home or to supportive housing in the evenings.
