Hayden WhiteZach is an amazing human being who cares fully about all of his clients. Since 2020 he has seen me come through these doors. The owner (Shane) and his wife are in this to help people, and certainly not for the money. The Well employs an amazing group of people that really took care of me in a highly individualized manner.. They did their best to provide everything I asked for or needed. If you or a loved one are in need of treatment for addiction/alcoholism, then I honestly could not recommend a better treatment center. Money means absolutely nothing to him! As long as clients are willing to change there life he’s more then willing to make sure you complete the program and offers sober living and php . During a time when I needed support, healing, and hope, this place gave me all of that and more. I will always be grateful for the love, compassion, and safety I found there. I want to give a heartfelt thank you to James May, Devin, Ashleigh, and my counselor Jessica. Each of them had a real impact on my recovery journey, and their kindness, patience, and support meant more to me than I can put into words. They truly saw me, believed in me, and cared about me when I needed it most. I also want to recognize Jennifer and Priscilla for the medical care they provided. Their treatment was better than being in a hospital, and I deeply appreciated the comfort, professionalism, and genuine concern they showed me throughout my stay. And I can’t leave out the food — it was made with love, and honestly some of the best tasting food I’ve had in the South. That kind of care showed in every part of my experience there. Twisted AmericanI been sober since I walked out on the 6th day. I love Mrs.Cala to death she really was the only RA that really understood me and spent time with me. When you walked out they don't care what happens to you when you walk out the doors they are all for you if you're in them doors I understand completely it's all about the money Donald said that I would not be charged out of pocket for anything my insurance covered everything that's not true not at all and it's not because I walked out. If I did decide to go back home I would have a way back home that was not true. I was told that I would have my cell phone that was not true. I was always respectful to everybody and so was my husband when my husband told me he sent pictures and and mail them to me !!I never got them and y'all did not put return to sender on the envelope I never got my mail.. I was given messages and was read emails but I never received paper mail and I have an issue with that I would like my pictures sent back to me that my husband sent of us and our family. The only reason I put five stars is for Carla ,Rochelle and the white dude with the ponytail and the guy that wears the penny loafers and Evan... Evan was one of my favorite RA's to talk to.
