If I could give 10 stars I would, this place saved my life, and started me on a new path to recovery! The staff takes very great care of everyone who walks through the wells doors, it's more than just a job to everyone who works their it's a way of life! Zach is an amazing human being who cares fully about all of his clients. Since 2020 he has seen me come through these doors. The owner (Shane) and his wife are in this to help people, and certainly not for the money.

The Well employs an amazing group of people that really took care of me in a highly individualized manner.. They did their best to provide everything I asked for or needed.

If you or a loved one are in need of treatment for addiction/alcoholism, then I honestly could not recommend a better treatment center. From the top down, the entire company puts passion into helping those suffering from the disease of addiction.

The Well is the BEST rehab on the country!
The CEO Shane is a very caring honest man who walks with integrity and dosnt care about how much money you have or don’t have. Money means absolutely nothing to him! As long as clients are willing to change there life he’s more then willing to make sure you complete the program and offers sober living and php . He’s such a stand up guy. The Well Rehab Center in Webster, TX was so much more than a rehab center to me — it became my second home, and the clients became my second family. During a time when I needed support, healing, and hope, this place gave me all of that and more. I will always be grateful for the love, compassion, and safety I found there.
I want to give a heartfelt thank you to James May, Devin, Ashleigh, and my counselor Jessica. Each of them had a real impact on my recovery journey, and their kindness, patience, and support meant more to me than I can put into words. They truly saw me, believed in me, and cared about me when I needed it most.
I also want to recognize Jennifer and Priscilla for the medical care they provided. Their treatment was better than being in a hospital, and I deeply appreciated the comfort, professionalism, and genuine concern they showed me throughout my stay.
And I can’t leave out the food — it was made with love, and honestly some of the best tasting food I’ve had in the South. That kind of care showed in every part of my experience there.

Great place if you desire a true lifestyle change!! Recovery is what you will  learn, with love and tolerance from staff! Staff was great, very clean, and professional!! The tools and coping skills you will learn are priceless. This is the place that showed me how to be vulnerable, and at the age of 46, was a bug step and game changer for me! I been sober since I walked out on the 6th day. I love Mrs.Cala to death she really was the only RA that really understood me and spent time with me. When you walked out they don't care what happens to you when you walk out the doors they are all for you if you're in them doors I understand completely it's all about the money Donald said that I would not be charged out of pocket for anything my insurance covered everything that's not true not at all and it's not because I walked out. If I did decide to go back home I would have a way back home that was not true. I was told that I would have my cell phone that was not true. I was always  respectful to everybody and so was my husband when my husband told me he sent pictures and and mail them to me !!I never got them and y'all did not put return to sender on the envelope I never got my mail.. I was given messages and was read emails but I never received paper mail and I have an issue with that I would like my pictures sent back to me that my husband sent of us and our family. The only reason I put five stars is for Carla ,Rochelle and the white dude with the ponytail and the guy that wears the penny loafers and Evan... Evan was one of my favorite RA's to talk to.
